About Shipping

Normally ship dates on Mondays and Tuesdays by USPS Priority Mail. 1-3 day travel time, after pick. Because we are real farmers, (that's why our dates taste so good) we ask that you allow 7-14 days for your dates to arrive. The tough business of farming must go on! If we miss your order one Monday, we will get to it the next Monday and occasionally the next, if we are really really busy (It does happen). But we will not forget you! Feel free to call, text or email the farm to check on your order, anytime. We will get back to you. We totally get it! We will gladly update you on the estimated arrival time for your order. But, please be nice to us. We are real people. Not machines! We also believe in LUCK! So, if your order is received while we are filling orders, and we have time to fit yours in, your order may be filled the very same day that it comes in! Or, maybe the next day. And at no additional charge to you. We are nice like that. If you are lucky! LOL If you are not lucky, your order will be early for the next week's shipping group.
